Armani/Casa has designed the residences’ common areas, the lobbies and several apartments within the towers, which total 170 residential units and 10 penthouses. Luxury group Kempinski will manage the residences.
Earlier this year, Armani inked an agreement with Gruppo Lodha, a leading Indian real estate developer, to design and furnish both the apartments and the common spaces of the World Towers residential complex in Mumbai.
Armani Hotel Milano (opened in November 2011); the Armani Hotel Dubai (opened in April 2010), and the 144 Armani Residences in Dubai within the Burj Khalifa are a separate project under a joint venture with Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties.
