The brand commemorates the date with a campaign by Patrick Hoelck
The Sony Studios of Culver City, California, in particular Stage 9, are the setting of the video that Oliver Peoples wanted to shoot for the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the brand. The brand of high quality glasses had indeed been founded by Larry Leight in 1989.
The video features as protagonists charmingRay Liotta, an actor famous for the filmGoodfellas, and very beautiful Bar Paly, a young actress of Israeli origin, and it has been shot by Patrick Hoelck.
The film director wanted to pay homage to the glasses brand by letting the accessories be highlighted in a minimalist atmosphere, where time seems to stop, and that sees the two protagonists following each other in a knowing way.
As the brand’s anniversary is coming, Oliver Peoples also created two celebrating models, that pay homage to the brand’s success, and that will be available in the Oliver Peoples boutiques and in the selected points of sale worldwide.
