In 1927, Jeanne Lanvin asked a talented young perfumer, André Fraysse, to create an eternal fragrance on the occasion of her daughter, Marie-Blanche’s 30th birthday. The heady fragrance is filled with over 60 floral essences and was named Arpège, and this year celebrates its 85th birthday. In honor of the iconic fragrance, Lanvin has created an exquisitely beautiful Arpège Minaudière, designed to perfectly encase a bottle of the fragrance. Constructed of hand-polished black enamel (mimicking the color and shape of the perfume bottle), it is topped with a golden clasp and serpent handle. We can’t think of anything more decadent to house a flacon of the scent.
