Lavish is one of the many words that can be used to describe the Azature Black Diamond Nail Polish.

The self-proclaimed black diamond king jeweler Azature has reinvented the meaning of the phrase “dripping in diamonds” with a literal interpretation. This new twist on fine jewelry is beautifully opulent with its glittery sheen in black and silver. Says the jeweler of the cosmetic on his site: “I developed a Black Diamond Nail Polish with the same attention and quality as my jewelry in order to preserve the elegance of the black diamond.”

Priced at $250,000, it’s breaking records, and is the only cosmetic that features 267 carats of black diamonds within the formula of polish itself. Only one bottle of the ultra luxe nail polish will be produced, making it a very exclusive collector’s item.

For those of you who don’t plan on spending the price of a house for a manicure, the Los Angeles-based company has created $25 polishes in seven shades: black, red, pink, champagne, blue, green and canary.

“The black diamond represents the ultimate in sophistication and luxury and I wanted to come up with a way to make wearing black diamonds accessible to everyone,” Azature Pogosian, the CEO of AZATURE said in a press release. “I couldn’t be more thrilled about the launch of my nail polish collection. These polishes add instant glamor to any manicure and will make anyone who wears them feel like a queen.”
