Kim Kardashian — sans baby daddy Kanye West — triggered a paparazzi frenzy at the Stéphane Rolland show in Paris on Tuesday. Hovering on the edge of the pack was photographer Martin Parr, who is training his acerbic eye on couture week for L’Officiel Art magazine.
Down the row, Paz Vega chatted happily about her part in the upcoming biopic “Grace of Monaco,” in which she plays opera diva Maria Callas alongside Nicole Kidman. “It’s just a little role, but I had to take singing lessons with a real opera singer to get the gestures and the breathing right,” the Spanish actress said.
Though Vega does not sing in the movie, the lessons had a positive side effect: “I can now hit the high Cs.” Her next project, “Espectro,” represents a different type of challenge. “It’s my first horror movie,” she explained.
Yasmin Le Bon was looking forward to watching this season’s finale from the comfort of her seat, having pulled off a tour de force this time last year in a Rolland bridal gown made of nearly 50 yards of fabric. “It was like pulling a car behind you,” the British model confided.
