  1. Reblogged this on FASHION & PHILOSOPHERS | Where style and culture frolic over tea and beer and commented:
As our feet are designed to carry our personal weight – guiding us from point A to B; balancing our bodies in spite of elements and baggage; and letting us know when it is time to sit and lie and be – our feet have also taken on a star role in reflecting fashion, culture, nature, and impossibility. Mimicking butterflies to machinery to trigonometric-defying angles, the shoes in this upcoming book show the beauty of an outfit completed and also the madness that someone would endure walking in some of these designs. Whether it is canvas or gunmetal, the relationship between a woman and her shoes is one that is adorned.
