The supermodel Kate Moss has designed a capsule collection of iPhone cases and iPad sleeves inspired by her style for the British retailer Carphone Warehouse.
A strange collaboration? Not really, according to Kate Moss a phone is “as much a part of my look as my bag or shoes”, so when the supermodel couldn’t find iPhone and iPad covers that suited her taste, she decided to design her own. Easy to do it and share with the world when you are a THE supermodel.
In collaboration with Carphone Warehouse, the line is directly inspired by the her lifestyle, personal objects and symbols that are dear to her. After Topshop, Longchamp or Fred, Kate Moss is not the first collaboration.Attention to details is always the key of great designs and you can find it in this collection too from crocodile-effect leather, adorned with studs and rhinestones, the collection being directly inspired by the model’s jewelry box, her sterling silver star necklace and a vintage crocodile-skin Alfred Dunhill lighter, to a discreet signature inspired by the tattoo that she has on her wrist.
A line to discover in Carphone Warehouse shops in London and the British group’s website from Wednesday, July 24.

I’m looking for a stylish leather-like envelope/sleeve case for my Nexus 7 (any clues anyone?) and I would love if they made something similar to these. They’re amazing, love the little anchors. 😀
