Watters : Wedding Gowns Designers Sketch for Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie
The team at Watters sketched a silk-mousseline design trimmed in Chantilly lace for Angelina Jolie based on their vision of her marrying Pitt in a low-key wedding among close friends and family. “We believe she’ll want to continue her sexy style, but with classic touches such as an illusion neckline and three-quarter-length sleeves,” the designers say of the sketch at left. “We chose lightweight fabrics so the gown would be soft and romantic.”

For Aniston’s wedding day, the Watters team imagined her and Justin Theroux saying I do “on the beach, somewhere warm like Mexico or the Caribbean.” Fittingly, they drew up a floaty V-neck chiffon gown with a flyaway skirt with different layers of cascading chiffon. Light beading at the edges is meant to play up her legs, which the actress bares at nearly every red-carpet turn. “Jennifer has a very sophisticated and daring style,” notes the design team. “She is very adventurous with necklines and fabrics but likes to show off her very toned and tan body.”
