The presentation of the spring/summer 2014 collection of Jimmy Choo as part of Milan Fashion Week was held in a , where among the green thickets, like birds of paradise on the branches, have settled shoes and sandals. “It’s about drawing inspiration from what is around us – the beauty of Mother Nature. Nature doesn’t get it wrong. There is a sense of being comfortable in your own skin. I took inspiration from insects – whether it’s a beetle or a butterfly – and from the pattern and intricacy of plants and leaves. And there is sense of metamorphosis and movement there too, and the sense of change from ‘look-at-me’ to camouflage.” said Sandra Choi ,creative director of Jimmy Choo about the insect-inspired jungle collection. From rainbow snakeskin clutches and matching sky-high sandals a collection that will awake all your senses.
