Tamara Mellon , the former president , creative director and co-founder of Jimmy Choo, after the sale of the house launched her own brand simple called Tamara Mellon. 

Mellon declared herself outraged by the fashion calendar that between the runway shows and the appearance of clothes in stores passes too many months which means you can see winter coats on sale in July and summer dresses in January.Mellon explained to Bloomberg: “We’re living in a world where women want to buy now wear now. They don’t want to look at shows and then have products in stores six months later.” So she intends to establish her brand in a very different system : supplying bimonthly small collections with the most relevant items at the moment .
