This year, Estée Lauder introduced a new collection of lipsticks called Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick and will be sold to the Corner marks the beginning of the spring calendar . According to Estée Lauder & Tom Ford Beauty Senior Vice President, Global Product Development Anne Carullo, the idea was to create a product that is different from all that have been created before it .

“Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick will allow us to introduce the phenomenal Estée Lauder brand to a whole new generation of consumers – both young and older. We are targeting a new generation, more used to lip gloss, which is discovering lipstick for the first time. We are trying to de-myth the concept that lipstick is a time-consuming, old-fashioned, ‘old lady’ thing to do.”

Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick took two years to create. After a six months survey that involved testings and interviews with consumers from Italy, Paris, Spain, North America, China, Korea and Japan ,a new-generation wax that copy the effect of a lip crayon combined with the brand’s new and exclusive Time Release Encapsulated Moisture Complex with Hyaluronic Acid to create softness and special pigments to create a great shade , the result is according to Estée Lauder a lipstick that is easy to apply with a great coverage and shine eliminating the need for lip liner, primer, powder or gloss.

Face of the collection is supermodel Carolyn Murphy, muse of the brand.
