Oscars 2014 Beauty Looks

The whole palette of beige, browns and nude shades . The hair collected in various chignon or flowing in waves, more or less defined . This, in a nutshell, it is what was seen on the red carpet of the Oscars 2014 in terms of hairstyles and makeup. No one dared even a strong shade of lipstick, apart from Naomi Watts and Emma Watson. The divas , from Angelina Jolie to Cate Blanchett, the Best Actress winner, gave us no particular emotion, exploring the palette of beige, brown, nude and going no further than peach and orange. Just as did Sandra Bullock, who usually is more capable of surprising us, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner and Charlize Theron.

Even the winner of the statuette for Best Supporting Actress, Lupita Nyong’o ,who used us to colored makeup, from green to purple, this time opted for nude tones , with a soft orange gloss to spice up the whole thing.  A pleasant surprise was , however, Lady Gaga, elegant with a very bon ton hairstyle and a glittering make-up, silver sparkling on the eyelids and soft peach on the lips.
