Auction house Christie’s presented an eclectic selection of designer accessories . Among the top lots – Hermès and Chanel handbags.

Vintage handbags and accessories , selected by Christie’s, creations of popular designers , including Hermès, Chanel, Christian Dior.  An on-line auction, opened yesterday presented and iconic Hermès Birkin and Kelly,made of exotic leathers executed in bright spring colors with the use of exotic leathers . Total attention of buyers invited about 130 lots.

What grabbed our attention is a limited edition transparent vinyl Hermès Kelly with a french slogan that translates as “A Trip to Wonderland”.The bag was created for a Hermès exhibition in Japan in 1997 and the bags were given to VIP guests. The auction’s price start at £700-1,000. If you are a Hermès collector you shouldn’t miss it. Otherwise a litle bit pricey for a plastic bag even if it has the Hermès stamp.
