Were you excited about turning 40 ?

” I feel like there ‘s a lot of wisdom and strength That comes from getting older . When I was Younger , I was scared and not so pristine and wild . Didn’t I go out with anyone if He Was not my boyfriend . Now I ‘ m like , ‘ What Were You Thinking , you idiot ! ‘ ”

Has your style as you’ve gotten older Changed ?

” As much as I wish I had my 20 -year- old stomach , I have a 13 -year- old son …. But by the same token , I’ve become more daring . I wear skirts shorter . I’ve These all worked out years , and my legs look like Something finally . Why not show while I have Them Them ? ”

What’s your beauty Biggest concern ?

“Deep eye sockets and darkness around my eyes I’ve gotten older I , it ‘s really kicked on . I Heard there ‘s a new laser treatment [for the eyes ] , so I’m going to try That. If you tell me it’s going to work , I’ll do it . ”

What Advice Would You Give Your 20 -year- old self ?

” Sunscreen . [ Art directors and photographers ] used to stick me out in the sun in the middle of the day Because I CAN open my eyes in the middle of bright sun- that’s Called training and they’d slather me with oil , and I’d just bake all day . I stopped drinking, and I’ve always been a water drinker . But the sun – I Would have Told myself to stay out of the sun . ”

What’s the best part about turning 40 ?

” I know who I am . I think I’ve gained self- respect that i probably didn’t have the when I was 20 . Now I CAN go out and dance and have a great time and not Need anyone . I Can Also have a great time eating dinner by myself . ”
