A few hours ago, one of the largest art museum in the world Met reopened its doors to welcome guests of the Costume Institute Ball.

One of the first on the red carpet was the editor-in-Chief of American Vogue ,Anna Wintour also the co-host of the event . The 64 years Wintour, who since the late 90’s has been directly involved in the’ life’ of the Metropolitan Museum , this year was sustained by Sarah Jessica Parker, Bradley Cooper , Aerin Lauder, Oscar de la Renta , Lizzie and Jonathan Tisch .
Who followed the dress code announced for the Met Ball 2014 , which was ‘White Tie and Decorations’ which according to WWD is “a black tailcoat, matching trousers with a single stripe of satin or braid in the U.S.; a white piqué wing-collared shirt with stiff front; a white vest; white-coloured (e.g., mother-of-pearl) studs and cuff links; a white bow tie; white or grey gloves; black patent shoes, and black dress socks.
