Miuccia Prada likes to surprise , shock and tease the audience. Recently,  Prada has released a limited collection of twenty bags, created in collaboration with the controversial  British artist, Damien Hirst .

The eye catching bags are precious treasures of plexiglas which were decorated with real insects, crystals , feathers and beads. The bags-of-art were immediately sold on a secret auction. Profit , of course, went to charity, in support of ROTA ( Reach Out to Asia) a non-profit charitable project , which aims the development of education in the Middle East and Asia.

This joint project is kind of continuation of Hirst’s series  ” Entomology ” , on which he is working since 2009. Recently, using similar motives he made ​​a collection of silk scarves for Alexander McQueen.
