A 3D Spectacle At Saks Fifth Avenue

Every year New Yorkers look forward to the spectacle that is the unveiling of the Saks Fifth Avenue Christmas windows. This year they were not disappointed, with the legendary department store putting on a breathtaking display by transforming the front of the entire building into a giant 3D screen with sequences featuring Christmas wreaths, gifts and ice skaters. The windows themselves showcase the latest ready-to-wear collections with a little help from the Saks Christmas yeti.

CR Fashion Book Sells Out

Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book has enjoyed a solid reception on newsstands and has sold out of its initial print run of 50,000 copies — at $15 a pop, according to its publisher, Fashion Media Group LLC.
